Have you heard about works of Ukrainian designers which got Red Dot Design Award? Have you about a round table Katerina Sokolova created for the French brand Ligne Roset? Or about the furniture from a Ukrainian brand which is used in techno campus in Paris suburb, an art studio in Oslo and a hotel in Miami? You have a great opportunity to see all those pieces of design with your own eyes. These coming days they will be presented in a stand of Prostir 86 as a part of the exhibition Interior Mebel.
We promote high-quality Ukrainian design, tell about it to people who are ready to accept and appreciate works of modern masters. The circle of admirers is getting bigger year by year. We disclaim copies and imitations. All works presented in Prostir 86 are original designs.
The new generation of Ukrainian designers consists of brave and incredibly industrious people. They develop technological base, learn how to work in tough market circumstances and, what is important, they dream. We become infected by their dreams. We try to discover new names and new objects for the wide audience. Every day we piece together a jigsaw of the modern Ukrainian design. Sometimes it seems to be more like Rubik’s Cube.
On the stand of Prostir 86 at the Interior Mebel fair we will present objects by Zegen, Woo Furniture, Odesd2, Sokolova Design, Blanc, Nott Design, Conc, Levantin Design companies and by designers Yurii Cegla, Sergey Makhno, Victoriya Yakusha, Pavel Pavlenko and Konstantin Yemets. The accent of the display will be abstract sculptures by Yuriy Musatov. His fancy ceramic works are reflections of integrity of the person in the post-industrial society.
The Interior Mebel takes place 15th to 18th of February in the International Exhibition Centre in Brovorskoy Avenue.
